Before you can create and send purchase orders to your supplier(s), you must have received a license file from your supplier(s).

You can receive this license file on Disk or CD, but usually you will receive this file from your supplier in an e-mail.

When you supplier has created and sent the license file to you, you will receive an e-mail from your supplier, which could look like this:

This e-mail contains instructions on how to manually register the license in Service Suite. In order to make it as easy as possible it is recommended that you just double-click the attached license file, which will register the license in Service Suite. When you double-click the file, in some cases a warning will be shown:

The appearance of this dialog depends on your e-mail system, but in all cases you should select: "Open it" and press the button: "OK". This will automatically register the license in Service Suite.

If you receive the license file on a disk, you just double-click on this file and the license will be registered in Service Suite.

Now your license is registered you can import eCommerce catalogs from your supplier.
