Check state of purchase order

           - How can I track the processing of my purchase order?

When a purchase order has been sent to your supplier, you might want to track your suppliers processing of your order. In Service Suite you can track the state of all purchase orders sent via Service Suite.

 Check the state of purchase orders.

In order to be able to check the state of your purchase orders, you must be located in the list of purchase orders. The list of purchase orders can be found by selecting the menu: "Purchases" from the "Main menu"

Here you select: "Check order state" from the icon bar, or from the right-click menu. After a few seconds this dialog will be displayed:

But what happened? Apparently nothing happened, but if we take a closer look at the list of purchase orders, we will be able to see the updated state of each purchase order in the list:

In the column: "State" you can see the state of each purchase order. The state of the purchase orders depends on which state your supplier has flagged the order with, as well as when your supplier has processed the purchase order. It is not possible to follow the state of purchase orders sent by E-mail or FTP.
