           - Dymo LabelWriter - selecting the size of a label.

In Service Suite when you create a new report for your Dymo LabelWriter, you might experience that you cannot select the paper size you wish to design your report for.

This is due to a problem with the printer driver.

This problem can be solved by following these few steps. First you must select the menu: "Printers" from the "Start" menu in Windows:

Selecting this menu will launch this dialog:

Here you select your Dymo LabelWriter and right-click this printer, in order to launch the popup menu. From this popup menu, you select the menu: "Properties". This will launch the properties dialog of the printer:

In this dialog you click the button: "Printing Preferences...", which will result in another dialog:

In this dialog you select the paper size that you wish to print on. When this is done you click the button: "OK", followed by another click on: "OK" in the previous dialog.

This only has to be done once, and will "activate" the Dymo's printer driver. It is now possible to select the desired paper size in the Report Designer in Service Suite.
