Please note: The complete version of Mamut ServiceSuite must be downloaded and installed in case of a new installation. When upgrading an existing installation, it is sufficient to download and install the update only version of Mamut ServiceSuite.

 Installation
When upgrading an existing installation of Mamut ServiceSuite please remember as a precaution to take a backup of your ServiceSuite data before you update to this new version. You can find the function by selecting: Main menu - Settings - Database maintenance - Backup database. Please remember that you should always backup your data to your local harddrive, ie "c:" or alternatively in the "My Documents" folder.

1. Close all running programs
2. Ensure that your Windows version is updated (www.update.microsoft.com)
3. Click Download in order to download the latest version of Mamut ServiceSuite.
4. In the download dialog, select Save.
5. Choose where you wish to save the installation file(s), i.e. C:Temp.
6. When the download process has completed, double-click the file, or select run, in order to start the installation. A security warning will be displayed, asking you to confirm that you wish to run the installation. Select Yes/Run.
7. Click Next in the "Welcome to Mamut ServiceSuite" installation dialog.
8. The installation program will now try to locate any previously installed versions of Mamut ServiceSuite. If you are upgrading an existing installation of Mamut ServiceSuite, you must choose to install Mamut ServiceSuite in the same folder as the older version of the application was installed.
9. Click Next in order to start the installation
10. When the installation has finished, click Finish. In case the installation notifies you that a reboot of your pc is nessecary, we recommend that you do this before launching Mamut ServiceSuite.

Start your new version of Mamut ServiceSuite by clicking on the icon on your desktop, or by selecting Mamut ServiceSuite in the start menu.
